iPXE - open source boot firmware [err-orig:1d0d6139]

This error indicates that the iSCSI target has accepted the login request, but is not currently able to service the iSCSI initiator.

Things to try:

Check that the target IQN given in the iSCSI root path is correct. Note that the target IQN may be case-sensitive.

Check that the iSCSI target is responding to the specified IQN.
